The rambutan restaurant is located at the resort, where we serve a wide variety of western and Khmer favourites. Our fantastic cooking team consists of 6 young Khmers and is one of the best in town. The chef graduated at Ecole Paul Du Brule, one of the most highly qualified hospitality schools of Siem Reap. In addition to this excellent training, for the western dishes we also provided some extra trainings by a professional Belgian Chef combined with specialised hygiene trainings which has resulted in a very consistent and varied cuisine. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner at the restaurant area of the resort or order it and get it delivered in the privacy of your room. The rambutan bar has a wide selection of wine, fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee & tea, beers and between 1pm – 10pm we mix our famous cocktails with some special home infused flavours. Our well-trained bar staff are there to help you choose the drink that fits best with your preferred flavour palette. For the non-drinkers, we also have a delicious range of non-alcoholic cocktails, smoothies and fresh fruit juices available.
